What is Your Minimum Order Quantity?We take orders with a minimum of 12 pieces.

What is the Process?To start, you will send us the artwork for the logo as well as other important order details, including the position of the embroidery and the quantity of pieces. We would then provide a quote for the embroidery disc and the embroidered garments. If you are happy with the order, we will sample the embroidery before production for approval. Once approved, we would process the order and embroider your garments.

What is Your Average Lead Time?Our average lead time is between 7 and 10 days.

Can You Supply the Garments?Yes, we supply a range of garments, including polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and more. Check out our brochure for more information.

Can We Bring Our Own Garments?Yes, you are welcome to bring your own garments. However, we will not be able to take responsibility for how the garments will embroider.
