We have one of the finest embroidery facilities in the UK and you are welcome to come and visit us to see the machines working for yourself.

Designcolour specialises in producing extremely accurate designs paying special attention to detail. We look at each design individually and also have it digitised to suit the material to be embroidered onto.

Multicolour Designs Mass Produced

We use multi-head computerised embroidery machines to produce multi-colour designs in bulk. We use the finest quality German embroidery thread to ensure the best quality embroidery finish. Each garment that comes off the embroidery machines is individually quality checked before being packed and despatched. As we use the latest computer-controlled embroidery machines it means we can embroider up to 12 colours on baseball caps.

We can Pantone match your design colours to our vast range of high quality Madeira that we hold in stock threads.

The first stage of any embroidery order is to receive your design by email ideally as a high resolution JPEG. We will have your design quoted within 24 hours, if you go ahead with the design we will produce a pre-production sample of your design onto a swatch of material for approval of size and colours before commencing production onto any garments.

Once you have approved your pre-production sample your order will be turned around in 7 days.

Our minimum for embroidery orders are 12 pieces per design.
